Good morning and happy Tuesday!

I just wrapped up week five of my training program for Gasparilla Half and the Star Wars Dark Side Challenge. I had more missed days than I would have liked, but life happens (in this case weather and travel) and you just gotta roll it.

Training week five: 1/11 – 1/17

Monday – No miles logged. Total steps for day: 6,328

Tuesday- 2.02 miles. Total steps for day: 6,203

Wednesday- 2.08 mile warmup; 3.13 miles. Total steps for day: 13,487

Thursday- No miles logged. Total steps for day: 5,411

Friday- 2.52 miles. Total steps for day: 11,334

Saturday- 11.22 miles; 13:50(ish) pace; 2:37:25 total time. Total steps for day: 31,786

Sunday- OFF. Total steps for day: 9,093
