Good morning and happy Tuesday!

I just wrapped up week three of my training program for Gasparilla Half and the Star Wars Dark Side Challenge.

Training week three: 12/28 – 1/3

Monday – OFF. Total steps for day: 5,392

Tuesday- 3.88 miles. Total steps for day: 14,502

Wednesday- 3.17 miles. Total steps for day: 12,592

Thursday- OFF. Total steps for day: 5,223

Friday- Makeshift speedwork 4 x 800m.

  • 1-mile warm-up
  • I tried tracking my splits a new way and messed it up. I feel like each one was pretty on-par with my average 4:30 split.

Total steps for day: 8,209

Saturday-Bridge repeats and 10.27 miles; 13:50 pace; 2:22:09 total time. Total steps for day: 33,246

Sunday- OFF. Total steps for day: 4,055
