I just wrapped up week two of my training program for Gasparilla Half and the Star Wars Dark Side Challenge.

Training week two: 12/21 – 12/27

Monday – OFF. Total steps for day: 7,937

Tuesday- 3.24 miles. Total steps for day: 13,396

Wednesday- 3.07 miles. Total steps for day: 12,985

Thursday- Mile Repeats, splits as follows:

  • 8:51
  • 9:06

Total steps for day: 15,417

Friday- OFF. Total steps for day: 4,327

Saturday- 1 hour strength training. Total steps for day: 4,996

Sunday- 9.01 miles; 13:10 pace; 1:58:45 total time. Total steps for day: 24,871
