Training week one: 12/14 – 12/20

Good morning and happy Tuesday!

Last week was my first official week back to training; I am now training for the Star Wars Dark Side Challenge and will also be running the Gasparilla Half in the midst of training for that.

Training week one: 12/14 – 12/20

(Please pay no attention to the obvious laziness; it won’t be like this all the time).

Monday – OFF. Total steps for day: 1,812

Tuesday- OFF. Total steps for day: 3,632

Wednesday- OFF. Total steps for day: 5,105

Thursday- 800’s and 400’s. Splits as follows:

  • 800: 4:47
  • 400: 1:59
  • 800: 4:25
  • 400: 2:04
  • 800: 4:47
  • 400: 2:06

Total steps for day: 14,057

Friday- OFF. Total steps for day: 4,432

Saturday- Does 3.5 hours of mall shopping count? 😉 Total steps for day: 10,052

Sunday- 8.28 miles; 12:32 pace; 1:43:44 total time. 23:59 minutes of treadmill walking. 30 minute full-body circuit. Total steps for day: 23,866
